Corporate Culture

Innovation

Innovation leads to a better world. We have spent as much effort as we can contribute to let innovative technologies and devices help boost our productions. A mold research centre was established in Suzhou, together with over 130 R&D staffs, they are responsible for exploring new technologies and production solutions for the group, many of their technologies and inventions have been patented and adopted, which effectively help to cut the production time short and enhance the product quality.

We signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2011 to collaborate on research and development.

Integrity

Though busy, our Group Chairman Mr. Peter Sun has spent as much time as he could afford and led the company to contribute community services in all these years, he was awarded Medal of Honour in 2006, which has become the greatest honour and the role model of our Group.

This is a belief by our chairman as shown at the Suzhou office, “Corporate success is not only weighted on how much it had gained from the market, but more importantly, it is how much it can give, as well as the recognition that can gain, especially appreciation from our next generation.

Responsibility

Responsibility and EP

Throughout the years, we have advanced our environmentally friendly devices and facilities. To promote the sense of environmental protection, we organized a “Tongue Twister Competition” for our staffs as well as for our customers, the winner should finish the tongue twister within few seconds, awarded with a small prize. This competition was creative, it also brought much fun and really helped the participants to memorize small tips of environmental protection.

The translation of the tongue twister:

“Do care about the problem of pollution, set system for environmental management, review and trace from time to time, revise continuously to achieve success; Recycle and reuse, save energy is the rule, fix pollution in time, precaution is always in mind.”

“The Oz Principle: Getting Results Through Individual and Organizational Accountability” is a book written by Roger Connors and Thomas Smith, this was introduced by a group of consultants hired by Kingdom Group to enhance staff training, the OZ principle mentioned and inspiring stories written are very supportive , the book thus becomes the most favorite book of the senior management.

Dedication

Through visits by different organizations and companies in the industry, our group is glad to share our technologies and solutions with them in order to make our industry work well and grow well.

Our staff always claim themselves “Kingdom-men”. To appreciate the dedication of outstanding Kingdom-men, it’s a custom of the company to invite them to join a year-end free tour. Although leaving the company for years, many Kingdom-men still love to keep contact with us, either by visiting old friends, or by joining our recreational activities, treasuring their old days at Kingdom through the gatherings.

Co-operation

To appreciate the hard work of the staff, we always have had creative and fun activities held in the factory, in year 2011, we held a grand party at the factory, serving the staff “Basin Dish”, but the waitresses and waiters were all senior staff.

staff came from different provinces of China, in order to celebrate new years and share happiness like a family, they work hand-in-hand, like their daily work, to organize great variety show to share happiness and fun among Kingdom-men.

Environmental Protection

“Our goals are far and high, we cultivate for tomorrow”, we were the first batch of factories of our category which earned certificate ISO14001 (Environmental management system). We are active to exchange and share our expertise and experience about environmental protection with our clients, suppliers, as well as industry colleagues… Including visitors from the Canadian Consulate in Hong Kong who paid special visit to us to exchange views on environmental protection issues.

A Carnival for Environment Protection (2010) not only brought an entertaining event to the staff and the guests, but also helped to boost the environmental consciousness to the participants as well as to the community.
